All the ashes, or only a portion of them, can be kept or dispersed, according to the wishes of the deceased or the family.
No, not at all. I draw my motivation from the families’ satisfaction and from the pleasure of woodworking. In the great civilizations, it was common to bury the deceased with their most precious possessions. I remain sensitive about the emptiness experienced by people following the burial of a loved one. For some custom orders, it is possible for me to build a display piece allowing the family to keep the sculptured section of the urn.
