When the urn is ready, it is possible to come to my house to pick it up. If you wish, you can visit the workshop at the same time. Human contact gives value to my work and is very good for my motivation. I will be more than pleased to welcome you. However, please make sure to contact me in advance for an appointment. A box and paper packaging are provided for transport, but you may prefer a material that is more meaningful or symbolic, for example, a blanket or an article of clothing. It’s both nicer and greener, so do not hesitate to bring your own packaging with you. Some families will make a homemade slipcover, which will be used for transportation as well as for the burial ceremony.

The urn will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of payment, taking working days into account. When the order is sent, you will receive a confirmation of shipping and a tracking number by email.
A fixed cost of $40 will be required to pay for packaging, handling and shipping. This amount also includes an insurance covering the full value of your purchase in case of theft, loss or damage in shipment by the postal service.
